This 20 minute Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep is deeply nourishing and restorative. Do this any time of day when you need to rest and de-stress. Please do not listen while driving or when your attention is needed elsewhere. You will begin by finding a comfortable spot to sit or lie down. There is nothing to do and no way to do this wrong. Simply listen to my words and follow along as best you can. You may experience periods of apt attention and you may drift off into a state of sleep or meditation. All is ok. I hope you enjoy this brief intro to one of my favorite practices.
